Babydoge Coin

I have gotten a new fascination with babydoge. I like this coin just because of how it is structured they have a huge amount of coins available but they also burn a huge chunk of them on a monthly basis. You also earn more coins just by holding any amount of the coin. It may take this coin years before it is worth anything but I believe with how it is structured it has a good chance of being a currency replacement. If anyone is interested in learning about the coin here is the address BabyDoge

This once great country is dying

This once great country is dying. The United States could be so great but on the path it is going it will fall. I don't understand as to how we are the world protector that makes no sense. The government is unable to function has has been getting worse every single year. There is so much corruption and greed in all aspects of our government. The people who get elected don't listen to the people in-fact I get so tired of hearing them say that they are doing what the people want when in reality they are doing what suites their wallets. There are so many people in this country that could most defiantly run this country better than all of them, they just can't afford to run for the office, well it is easy the people in the office don't want it so they make it so that if you are not rich there is no way possible that you will be able to win an election even some states make it so it will destroy you financially to get on the ballot. The founding fathers of this country would be so disappointed as to how we have turned out. This country is in so much debt but god forbid an average person go into debt because they will come after you. The border does need to be fixed but a wall wouldn't work it would be a very expensive temporary fix imagine the maintenance cost on it and the people will find a way to still sneak in. Instead of the US Taxpayers giving money to other countries and I know most people do not agree that we should be giving our money away, maybe our government should spend the money on investing in our country making it better. I also believe that all members of Congress should set up a poll website or even a voting website for all registered voters in their districts so that they can give their voice back to the people and let them decide if they should vote on a bill or not. Congress needs to spend less time investigating people, which goes for both parties, and more time doing the job you are elected to do. The amount of wasted money on investigations that go absolutely nowhere is insane. There is no reason that the budget can not be passed on time I understand every party wants something in the budget well here is an idea of compromise if you want something then bargain for it and add something that the other really wants to get it passed.

Corporations need fixed

Every company I have worked for says they are safety first. That is a bunch of bull. The only company that I can think of that was safety first would have been FedEx Express. Now when you work in a factory the only thing that they care about is the product being made. If and surprise inspection were to be made on factories I can guarantee there would be a whole bunch of violations, always tripping hazards, half-fixed equipment that employees are forced to work with, and even supervisors who will try to put you down if you get hurt. I know this because I got hurt and was asked if I wanted a tampon in front of other people, the supervisor even had a woman employee come into the office so that he could ask her if she had a tampon she could give me. I have no idea what is happening to the companies in this country but it is quite clear that profit means a whole lot more to any company than the safety of their employees.

Corporate Greed

We all know that any business is greedy. The guys in the suits think they know everything. The people who do the work and know more than the executives who get all the credit and money are always the first to get wiped away like it doesn't matter. This world in the next few generations is going to change a lot. There will be very few if any jobs for anyone. The new employees will be robots with AI, the people in the suits who think they know everything are pushing for this. When this happens, people who think they will be saving money for the company will finally see that without the working people, their wealth will disappear. Why you ask well the working person is needed because they are the ones who spend the money and make people richer. With no jobs because of robots, the workers will not have money so the economy will collapse taking all of the rich people down with it. Before we all know it the monetary system will be obsolete because of technology.

What Happened to the Republican Party?

I see myself as an independent voter. I used to have a hard time deciding on who to vote for, but with this new form of Republicans that are coming out of the woodwork, it's becoming a lot easier to decide. I am not a big fan of Joe Biden, as I believe he is just too old and his ideas are out of date, but if I had to choose between Donald Trump and him I would choose Biden. I watch the Twitter feed of many republicans and am baffled by the things that they say. Rep Greene of Georgia is so out of touch and beyond anything I have ever seen that if that is the new form of Republican I will never vote for them again. Then you have Rep Santos whom I am completely shocked that he is still in office, the old Republican party would have thrown him out for all of the lying and possible charges, not in just this country but also in Brazil. Instead of Integrity, the Republicans are keeping him because they are afraid to lose a small majority, which they would not by just losing him. What they do not realize is that they may have just lost that district to the democrats for the foreseeable future. I say this because they are telling the Republicans in that District that they don't care they want him out and replaced. Now I will show you a picture of a republican tweet this is their new party and its scary.

Letter to congress about Norfolk Southern

To whom ever is reading this, Hello I am a once employee of Norfolk Southern I was working out of the Conneaut Ohio terminal. I was a conductor Trainee there is much I would like to talk about but letters sent online can only be so big. So to get down to it I didn't believe the people when they told me Norfolk Southern does very little maintenance on their equipment until now after all of these derails, I worked for them when the derail happened up in Sandusky area didn't see it but heard about it and most everyone I worked with said that its just going to get worse if Norfolk Southern doesn't start maintaining the car and shrinking the size of trains, the engineers of the engines said that it was very dangerous with the sizes of the trains making it very easy to overlook an issue because the management rushed the conductors to get the train moving, a mile long train if inspected properly would take about 4 hours Norfolk southern pushed for it to be done in less than an hour, not all management agreed with it but with risk of losing your job you don't say no. I have more I would love to talk about including the training program if anyone is interested.

Letter to the Political Leaders

To all of our so-called political leaders. I am sure this isn't going to get read by anyone that matters but I will send it anyway. I am sure you all just enjoy receiving messages about Norfolk Southern but that is a company along with all of the other railroads that need to be looked into. I used to work for Norfolk Southern and never finished the training. Lets just say that the Conductor Training is a joke, they expect you to learn more in a short time than any other place I have worked. The classroom training needs to be longer than 3 weeks because you don't learn everything that you need to, for instance the didn't spend much time at all on the complete inspection of the cars in-fact in the whole 3 weeks I believe we only went over it once the day before the test to qualify to pass the class. During the test you received hints on what to look for otherwise everyone would fail. Once you pass you then go on to the OJT (on the job training). During that training you are not supposed to ride with a conductor with less than a year's experience, I myself think that is still not enough time to train a person on that job but that's me. Well I was at a small station in Conneaut, Ohio in Ashtabula County. That station didn't have many choices of who you could go with so needless to say I was with people who have less than a year's experience most of the time I was there, I was ok with that thinking that none of these trips would count for the training for qualification but I was wrong. When I finally got with a person with the amount of time that I was aloud to get off the train and learn, the people were mad because I didn't know what I was doing causing the management who all knew I didn't get much time with people over a years experience to tell me that I only had 3 weeks of training left and if I didn't learn everything I needed I would be terminated so I quit. There where people there that management would get mad at because they did complete inspections on the trains and it took to long, that I didn't understand considering I believed that the job was a huge danger to not only the conductor but also the general public, most every one of the conductors do not do a full complete inspection but get away with it by saying things over the radio so that it looks as if they are doing it. While I was in training the inspection was done at a fast pace and I would get yelled at if I stopped trying to look for all that I was supposed to look for, they do it as a fast pace walk just glancing. I have noticed worn brake pads that never get changed and even the engineer of the engine would say that Norfolk Southern does not do maintenance on the engine as they should, they just Band-Aid it. The company only cares about profits over safety and if things don't change there will be many more of these accidents. Another safety hazard is with the out of town travel and how the trains run I can't count how many 24 hour days I did doing that, for an example the train would get to its destination maybe around 2 or 3 am you would go to the hotel go to sleep then next thing you know you would wake up in the morning, as much as you would try to go back to sleep you couldn't then right as your about to fall asleep at around 10 at night your phone would ring and give you 2 hours notices before your train so depending on what time you woke up you could have already been awake for 12 hours making the ride home on the train dangerous because everyone keeps nodding off no matter how hard you try to stay awake. The thing that sucked most for going out of town as a trainee is that after a 24 hour stay in a hotel room which wasn't uncommon it would reset your time back to day one so that you never got a total of 6 days on and 2 days off instead you never got time at home but got time out of town. I believe that the manufacturer of the rail cars needs to add sensors to the cars to detect when a brake is stuck or the gearbox is overheating. It wouldn't be hard for them to do that and they could take power from the engines by connection like a semi trailer or even solar power. This change will be fought hard by the railroads due to the fact they want huge profits, I mean come on now is peoples safety worth more than million dollar bonuses or even the 3rd or 4th house that they don't need. Time to show Americans that their safety is more important than the company's profit margin.

Give the people a bigger voice open a constitutional convention

To ensure the nation is represented correctly and that politics are held accountable for their actions, we need to amend the Constitution to allow for the removal of elected officials from office early, should a majority petition of at least 70% from the district of their representative, 70% of their state for a Senator, and 70% of the country for a President be met. This would keep elected officials in check and allow for the people's voice to be heard. With the right policies, America can become the great nation that it once was. Voting would become more meaningful, and elected officials would be held more accountable. Sign here
